🚨 If you haven’t completed your child’s SPA forms yet, PLEASE DO SO ASAP! We need ONE completed form for EVERY student!
Why are these forms so important?
👟 WALKATHON PARTICIPATION CONSENT: We need parent/guardian permission for your child to participate in our Walkathon activities on November 9 & 10!
👕 FREE WALKATHON SHIRT: Thanks to our amazing sponsors, EVERY Stanton student will receive a FREE Walkathon shirt! We need your child’s current shirt size so we can place our order. Delays in submitting forms could delay our shirt order, and we want every Stanton Star proudly wearing their shirt when they hit the track in November!
📧 PERSONALIZED FUNDRAISING LINK: Each student will receive their very own Walkathon fundraising campaign link! The form allows you to choose which parent/guardian email address you’d like us to send it to. Please provide an email you check frequently!
🎉 ALREADY COMPLETED YOUR FORMS? GREAT NEWS! Families who have already submitted their forms should begin receiving their children’s personalized Walkathon fundraising links in the coming week! These emails will come directly from Stanton Parent Association, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam/junk folder, too!).
Our SPA team is working as quickly as possible to process everyone’s information and prepare these individual fundraising campaigns. If you haven’t submitted your forms yet, please don’t wait! The sooner we receive your child’s information, the sooner we can process it and get their personalized fundraising link into your hands so you can start sharing it with family and friends!
📸 MEDIA RELEASE: The form also collects your family’s photo/media permissions. If you prefer to opt out of media consent, simply email pics@stantonspa.com, and we will honor your request.
📝 NEED A PAPER FORM? No problem! Paper copies are available in the Stanton Front Office for families who cannot complete the forms online. Just return your completed forms to the office!
